Questions people ask

Do you verify that the certifications are real?

No. Currity tracks the dates you give it and tells you before they lapse. Confirming a card is genuine stays your responsibility, and the compliance report says so on every page.

How long does it take to switch from my spreadsheet?

We load it with you on a fifteen minute call. Send the list you keep now and watch your crew appear on the board. To do it yourself, Currity reads the two shapes these files usually come in, shows you what it found, and waits before saving anything.

Can someone just set it up for me?

Yes. Send us your spreadsheet in whatever shape it is in, and we load it on a call while you watch. Nothing is installed and nothing is signed, and you keep the compliance report at the end whether or not you carry on. Have us import your spreadsheet

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 14 day trial starts without a card. When it ends, the board stays readable and warning emails pause until you choose a plan.

What if the warning email does not arrive?

Warnings are sent from a domain authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the checks inbox providers use to decide whom to trust. If one bounces or is marked as spam, Currity stops sending to that address and your Team page asks you to fix it. A daily check alerts us if any warning that was owed did not go out, and the Monday summary repeats what is coming due. The board always shows the true state whenever you open it, and a reply to any warning reaches a real person at hello@currity.com.

Who else can see my crew's data?

Only the people you let in, and other companies on Currity never can. If you send a general contractor a project link, they see the crew on that job: each name, role, whether they are cleared, and each required card's status and expiry. Scans and your company documents show only if you switch them on for that link. A hard hat sticker shows the same for one worker to whoever scans it. Neither shows an email, phone or card number. Currity staff can open your account to answer a support request, and every time they do it is logged.

How many people from my office can log in?

As many as you need, at no extra cost: plans are priced on the crew you track, not on logins. Invite colleagues from the Team page. Only the account owner can change billing.

Can my foremen use it?

Yes. Invite a foreman from the Team page and pick their sites. They see only the crew at those sites: the board, what is coming due, the report and those people's files, and they can record and check cards. They cannot change the team, billing or requirements. It works in a phone's browser, with nothing to install.

Can my crew get their card emails in Spanish?

Yes. Set each worker to English or Spanish on their file, or with a Language column in your import. The page where they send photos of their cards, the email that brings them the link, and the reminders about their own cards, if you turn those on, then come in that language. Your own screens stay in English. See the card page in Spanish

Does pricing count my whole payroll?

No. Only the people you are actively keeping certifications for, and inactive crew do not count. Every plan includes every feature; the only difference is how many people you track.

What happens when my trial ends, or if I cancel?

The board becomes read only and warning emails stop until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: you can still open the board, print the compliance report and export everything as CSV, and we will hand you a full export if you ask.

Does this cover my state's requirements?

Currity has guides for 8 states and 6 cities and counties, each rule linked to its official source. Choose where you work, pick which of your roles need each card, and Currity adds those rules to your board. Anything a guide does not cover, or a GC asks for on one job, you add yourself, and Currity tracks it the same way. Read the state guides
