How to use it
- 1. Delete the three example rows and put your own crew in.
- 2. Add or remove credential columns so they match what your work actually requires.
- 3. Leave a cell blank when a credential does not apply to that role. Note that a blank you meant to fill is exactly the gap this format is bad at showing you.
What this template cannot do for you
It shows dates that have passed. It cannot show a card that was never collected, because there is no row for it to be wrong, and that is the gap that fails audits. It also will not tell you anything on a Tuesday morning unless you open it.
