What does my crew need?

Pick where you work and the roles on your crew. You will see every card each role must hold, how long it lasts, and the rule it comes from. Then download a spreadsheet laid out for those cards, ready to fill in and import into Currity.

This is a summary to help you plan, not legal advice. Check the linked source before you rely on it.

1. Where does your crew work?

Tick every place you have work. A city or county adds its own rules on top of its state's. A place that is not listed is not covered by the guide yet.

Federal OSHA rules apply in every state. Leave it ticked to see the federal cards beside your state's.

Connecticut
Massachusetts
Missouri
Nevada
New Hampshire
New York State
Rhode Island
West Virginia
Other cities and counties

2. Your crew's roles

Add the roles on your crew, then mark which roles need each card. Nothing is marked for you. Each rule says in its own words who needs a card, and you know who on your crew does that work.

Up to 12 roles. Each one is added once, whatever the capitals.

3. What each role needs

The cards you marked, role by role, then a spreadsheet with one column for each of them.

Add your crew's roles in step 2 to see this list.

Your spreadsheet

Columns for Name, Role, Site, Email and Language, then one for each card you marked, named the way Currity names it. A card with no expiry date is headed with (completed), so the date you write there is read as the day it was earned. There is one row for each role to start you off. Add a row for each person.

Mark a card for a role first.

To bring it in: sign up, open State rules, add the same places and mark the same roles. Then import the file, and each card column lands on its own card.
