Print stickers

1. 01From the board, open Hard hat stickers.
2. 02Narrow the list by Site or Role if you want, and tick the people, or press Choose everyone shown.
3. 03Press the button that makes them. It counts them, as in Make 12 stickers.
4. 04Print them now, at 100% scale, not fit to page. The sheet is Letter paper with twelve 2 inch stickers to a page.

For one person, open their file and press Make sticker under Hard hat sticker. Scan it with your phone to check it works before you print.

Print before you leave the page. Currity keeps no copy of the code, so printing again means making new stickers, and a new sticker stops the old one.

What a scan shows

• Cleared or Not cleared, and a line saying why.
• The person's name, role, site and company, and the time it was checked, in your company's time zone.
• Each required card with its status word, its expiry date, and a verification if one was recorded.
• Never an email, a phone number, an employee ID, a card number or a scan.

The page is live. It shows the state at the moment of the scan, checked the same way as the board. No app and no login are needed.

Stop a lost sticker

Open the person's file and press Stop this sticker under Hard hat sticker. From then on, anyone who scans it is told: This sticker is no longer active. Ask the site office. Making a new sticker for them stops the old one too.

Good to know

• No scan is recorded. Currity keeps no log of who was scanned, where or when.
• Stickers keep answering on a read only account, and a sticker can always be stopped. Making new ones needs an active account.
• Foremen can make and stop stickers for the people at their own sites.
• The page a sticker opens is in English.
