Projects, the GC link and the prequal packet

Add a project

1. 01Open Projects in the menu.
2. 02Under Add a project, fill in the Project name. General contractor, Site, Starts and Ends are optional.
3. 03Press Add project, then open it.
4. 04Under Crew on this project, tick the people and press Save crew. Or use Add everyone at a site and press Add them.

The GC's rules

Under The GC's rules for this project, type a role, choose a credential and press Add rule. A rule here can make someone not cleared for this job while they stay cleared on your board. Your company's rules still apply on top.

To see the job on the board, press Open on the board. Project report opens the compliance report for just this crew.

The live link for the GC

1. 01On the project, under Live link for the GC, press Create a link, then Copy link. Copy it now: it is shown this one time.
2. 02Or type the GC's address under Send to the GC and press Send the link. Each address gets a link of its own, and replies come to you.

Each link shows how many times it was opened. Show scans and Show company documents add those to that link. Both start hidden. Revoke stops a link. Archiving the project stops all of them.

What the GC sees

• Your company, the project, the GC, site and dates, and As at with today's date.
• Each assigned person's name and role, Cleared or Not cleared, and each required card's status word, expiry and recorded verification. Project rules are marked.
• Scans and company documents only if you turned them on for that link.
• Never an email, a phone number, an employee ID or a card number. No login is needed.

The prequal packet

1. 01On the project, under Prequal packet, press Download packet.
2. 02Wait while it builds. Big crews take a few seconds.
3. 03Press Download the PDF.

One PDF: a cover with the counts, your company documents and their scans, the crew roster checked against this project's rules, then each person's records with their scans.

Good to know

• The GC link keeps working if your account goes read only, and so does the packet.
• The packet's download link works for 24 hours. After that, build a fresh one.
• A HEIC photo cannot go in a PDF. The packet prints a line saying so, and the scan stays in Currity.
• Foremen see the projects at their own sites, read only. They cannot build the packet.
