OSHA 10 on public works over $10,000
Every employee at the worksite must have completed an OSHA approved construction safety and health course of at least 10 hours, and the contractor certifies this on the bid or contract.

- Public works by the Commonwealth, a county, city, town, district or housing authority, and public agency building work, estimated to cost more than $10,000.
- Deadline
- By the time the employee begins work. Proof goes with the first certified payroll for each employee, and anyone without it is subject to immediate removal.
- Renewal
- The statute sets no expiry or renewal.
