On-site employees must hold an OSHA 10 hour construction card and carry it on them at all times while working on the project.

- Municipal and state construction projects with a total project cost of $100,000 or more. Sales representatives, vendors and delivery people are excluded, and police doing traffic control and government inspectors are exempt.

- The card must be held and carried whenever work is being performed on the project.

- The statute sets no expiry or renewal.
