OSHA 10 on public improvements over $50,000
Anyone employed or assigned to the work site must complete a 10 hour construction safety program designed by OSHA, and the employer keeps a record of each person's completion date and provider.

- Everyone assigned to a covered public improvement site for 21 days or more.

- Who it covers
- Public improvement contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2014 where the total cost for all contractors exceeds $50,000. It does not apply to someone on the site for less than 21 consecutive calendar days. Police doing traffic control, government employees and inspectors, and material suppliers and delivery drivers are exempt.
- Deadline
- No later than 21 calendar days after being employed at or assigned to the site.
- Renewal
- The statute sets no expiry or renewal.
